Located just west of Rice University, the "Harvard of the
South", the cities of West U and Southside Place are a magnet for professionals who have turned them into two of Houston's top residential
neighborhoods (and both are, in fact, their own cities). They offer a small-town ambience and security with their own police and
fire protection. There are lots of kids here and an excellent elementary.
Both are excellent places to call home.
Southampton is east of West U and Southside Place and
directly north of Rice University. It has the ambience and graciousness provided by older
