MONTROSE/UPPER
KIRBY is an eclectic
combination of cottages, townhouses, duplexes, apartments, and small businesses
illustrating Houston's "no zoning" environment. Many of the city's historic
mansions are found here in Avondale and Courtlandt Place. Restaurants, bars, coffee
houses, galleries, antique stores and unique retail shops are found throughout this area,
